I have 2 building lots for sale at private Lake Seneca in Montpelier, OH. I want $500 for either one or $850 for both. They are not close to each other. One is on each side of the lake. Lake Seneca is a 270 acre all sports and fishing lake. Property taxes on these lots are under $30 per year, but being a private lake fees average out to $55 per month. What you get for your fees is access to 15 lake front lots, one is a boat launch and one is a bathing beach. For an additional $50 per season the association will put a dock on one of these lake front lots for you and maintain it. So you can have your boat lake front. All of these lots are spread around the lake so they are within walking distance. Lake Seneca has City Water, but we do not have a centeral sewer system. So if you build you will have to factor in the cost of a septic system. Which is normally around $5k. There are no house trailers of campers at Lake Seneca and all homes must be a minimum of 900 sf.
